PROCESS
Here's the process we'll go through to plan, make, and print your portraits.
Complimentary Planning Meeting

We'll meet in the studio, or chat on the phone, to discuss the type of photography, like family portraits or senior photos, you are interested in, and what you would like to do with your pictures.

We can also discuss particulars, like wardrobe, and even set you up with a 20% discount at Dillard's Department Store on fresh apparel for your session!

We’ll look at the calendar and set a date, time, and location for your session.

You’ll submit your retainer fee and then you'll officially be on Tim's schedule.

Depending on your package, your retainer fee is all or part of your session price.

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24+ hours notification.

Due to the nature of the sessions, retainer fees are non-refundable.

Photo Session & Basic Edits

We'll meet at the session location and enjoy ourselves making images.

You can expect to spend about one hour per location.

Changing rooms are available at my studio and multiple outfits are encouraged... props, too. It's better to have something with you that you might want in your pictures and not use it than not have it.

After the session, I will review the images and prepare a collection of the session's best images for you to see.
Image Selection

Either immediately after your session or at a mutually agreeable date and time, we'll look over the best images collection, and you'll select your favorite images.

Final Edits & Retouching

Your favorite images will receive further attention, like light retouching to remove a temporary skin blemish, or you can opt to add-on high-end retouching as with glamour or business headshots.

Next, your favorite images will be finalized for print and digital formats.

You'll be invited to the studio to review your fully edited images and to place your order for printed products.
Image Review, Order & Delivery

We'll look at examples of the different types of printed products to get the right fit for you and your home.

I'll place your order, receive and review it for quality, and contact you for delivery.
